Facility Management
For over 12 years we have been looking after one of the leading confectionery producers in the sector of the infra-structural and technical facility management.
With this customer we are looking after more than 400 employees all day and provide them with services of the space and relocation management as well as the technical plant management such as cable and network engineering and house and electrical engineering. We are also looking after our customer in the sector of warehousing on our own safe and temperature-controlled storage facilities. We take over the waste disposal management of commercial waste and bulky waste as well as electronic scrap and special waste in accordance with the legal regulations and environmental requirements.
Our employees take over all the arising work in the aforementioned sectors and therefore they are on site with our customers every day. Thus the employees of the confectionery producer are able to concentrate upon their core business and this contributes to their productivity and motivation.
On the basis of the strategic project control from one source we are able to optimise the processes arising at our customer with regard to costs and time. For our customer this means an optimal cost-benefit ratio.

In addition, any services of the technical and infra-structural facility management can be used at any time, since SJG is on a short-term basis able to make project managers and employees available for all the requirements of the confectionery producer.
To be able to optimally control all the processes, a project manager is assigned to our customer. He/she can be contacted 24 hours a day so that our 24 hour service is guaranteed.
The short-term dealing with projects over night, at the weekend as well as on holidays takes care that for this customer the operational downtimes are minimised.
Private Removal
For a private customer we realised a removal with comprehensive removal and performance services up to the turn-key set-up of the new apartment.
For this purpose a household in the region of Frankfurt and a household in Spain were completely dissolved and combined in a residence in the region of Hamburg.

Here within the framework of a contact visit the entire goods to be removed were listed and details about the removal and the installation of the furniture, packaging work and the date of the removal were discussed.
According to our customer’s request we packed all the items of furniture including their contents, transported them to the new residence and installed them and the furniture there in accordance with our agreement. Subsequently the contents were put again into the furniture as before so that our customer found everything again in its usual place.
SJG carried out the cleaning and renovating work of the empty domicile near Frankfurt and took on the handing over to the landlord.
Our customer was able to move into his new home without any previous packing or removal stress, without requiring organisation and without any extravagant unpacking and putting things away.
Just unlock the new house and feel at home – this is what we at SJG call a turn-key removal.
Reconstruction
A German asset consultant company placed the order with us to carry out the relocation of their company, complete from planning the furnishings via renovation and reconstruction measures up to the waste disposal concept.
Within the scope of our complete relocation management we brought the old office premises back to the contractual conditions.

In the course of the term of the tenancy our customer had removed all the partition walls and designed an open plan office. After the end of the term of the tenancy this office had to be rebuilt into the original condition in accordance with the tenancy agreement.
For this purpose we rebuilt the old partition wall system in accordance with the old plans. At the same time the premises were renovated, in particular walls and ceilings were newly installed.
Subsequently the premises were cleaned so that our customer was able to return the rented space without any additional work to the landlord.
Building up an archive
One of the largest German service providers gave us the order to plan, structure and build up an archive with a data base of several 10,000 files.
In consultations with the individual departments we prepared a performance specification orientating itself towards the organisational structure and the schedule of the enterprise as well as the administration of the archived materials to be stored that we defined together.
In accordance with the requirements of our customer an economical clip-together shelving was planned, designed and installed.
This was followed by a re-organisation of the entire archiving process. Subsequently the files were acquired in the SJG database and stored in the archive in accordance with the new structure.
Upon the completion of the project we received from our customer a letter of thanks:
“Thanks to your help and your great personal involvement we now have access to an archive as it did not yet exist in our company in this form and quality. It was very remarkable to witness how you succeeded in building up an exemplarily well-ordered and well organised archive from an unsorted mountain of cardboard boxes full of files.”
